It's hard to be a non-fanatic on the "internetS". Especially Russian Internet.
Really, really hard! All this fan-girling, fic-writing confuses me and makes me feel a bit queasy.
Of course I get to like stuff, I can get excited about it, love it and all, but I never fangirl. I do not touch the work of others, I do not alter it, I see it for what it is and I do not even consider appending something of mine to it. It's just too weird, and, as M says - "It's a waste of time."
I'd rather make something of my own.
